60 minutes
This is a 1 hour session catered to your needs. 60 minutes is perfect for a full body tune-up or for specific work to an area of concern. I mainly combine deep tissue, medical, Myofascial Release and Thai massage techniques to create a unique massage that varies every time.

90 minutes
90 minutes is the perfect massage for focused work on an area of concern while still addressing other parts of the body. I prefer this length of time to 60 mins even if you don’t have “problem” areas as it can take time to relax and deepen. One hour goes by fast!

Two hour sessions are fantastic for those with a lot of stress who take time to relax and deepen. This time length is also good for those who need a lot of focused time on multiple areas of concern.

I offer in-home massage by request only. I bring the entire set-up to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience in the comfort of your own space. I charge $40 extra per session for at-home massages. I travel to Boulder, Gunbarrel, Niwot, and Longmont. I am open to traveling to further locations for an additional fee.
